- • Senior Backend Engineer at Luopay S.A., a fast-growing FX and cross-border payments company in Africa, where you will help build and scale financial infrastructure processing millions of euros in daily transactions.
- • Day to day, you will build production-grade HTTP APIs with Golang, develop API integrations with fintech partners, drive architectural decisions, implement CI/CD pipelines, deploy services on Google Cloud Platform, enforce security best practices, conduct rigorous testing, and leverage AI-driven development practices.
- • You will join a small team of experienced engineers focused on customer-facing products, internal tools, and financial systems that power Luopay’s payment infrastructure across African markets.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Golang and cloud-native backend systems, contribute to mission-critical financial platforms, and grow as a technical leader shaping the architecture of a scalable payment ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of backend development experience
- • Strong knowledge of Golang
- • Strong experience working with SQL databases
- • Experience managing infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers
- • Experience working in a high-pace team
- • Proficient with LLM-driven development
