• • Senior Backend Engineer (MarTech) role at Dressly, a fashion tech startup building AI-powered personalized fashion solutions, where you will develop internal MarTech systems that drive business growth and impact the fashion industry through technology.
• • Day to day responsibilities include developing end-to-end MarTech solutions from scratch, integrating and orchestrating Generative AI for ad creative generation, working with Big Data to process millions of advertisements into actionable insights, automating manual marketing analysis into click-based tools, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring on GCP.
• • Dressly is a venture-backed fashion tech company founded in 2024, growing 4x in six months with plans for 5x growth in 2026, operating under Skelar AS, a venture builder with over 10 successful B2C companies, providing payment infrastructure, financial, and legal support.
• • You will work closely with marketing, design, and user acquisition teams, take ownership of product vision beyond coding, see the full business lifecycle from idea to user feedback, and grow as a versatile engineer solving real business problems with 10x impact in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
