- • Own and continuously develop the Group’s banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Define and execute the bank and fintech partner strategy, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with relationship managers at banks and electronic money institutions (EMIs).
- • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of banking partners through proactive outreach and strategic positioning of Group companies for successful onboarding.
- • Manage account-level risk and diversification to ensure uninterrupted payment flows and mitigate operational disruptions.
- • Support corporate restructuring initiatives, annual KYC processes, and data updates in close coordination with Legal, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders.
- • Develop and deliver treasury infrastructure for Group operating companies, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments, and investment modules.
- • Drive commercial negotiations with banking partners to secure optimal fee structures, foreign exchange rates, and credit terms.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams to align banking infrastructure with evolving business needs and structural changes.
- • Manage and develop a team responsible for research, onboarding support, and partner evaluation processes.
- • Design and implement scalable internal processes for bank sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding to reduce dependency on ad-hoc decision-making.
- • Maintain comprehensive reporting and metrics on account coverage, geographic diversification, and availability of treasury tools across all Group entities.
- • Ensure compliance with international payment standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions where Group companies operate.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance liquidity management and optimize financial operations through new banking partnerships and treasury solutions.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on service levels and operational expectations.
- • Monitor market trends in fintech and banking to recommend innovations that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or expand financial capabilities for Group companies.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of banking activity for financial planning and audit purposes.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all banking relationships, contractual terms, and compliance requirements across the Group’s global footprint.
- • Support the implementation of treasury tools and systems that automate and streamline payment workflows and currency management.
- • Contribute to the strategic financial planning of the Group by providing insights on banking capacity, liquidity constraints, and risk exposure.
- • Ensure all banking activities align with the Group’s broader mission of building scalable, high-impact consumer businesses across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, and FashionTech.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of experience working in Finance in international companies, banks, or IT companies
- • Solid understanding of payment systems and international business, including cross-border transactions and multi-currency payments
- • Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage daily routines, ad-hoc tasks, and strategic goals while acting independently
- • Proficient level of Excel
- • English B2+
