- • As a Senior Behavioural Scientist (DACH) at CoachHub, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating behavioural science into measurable business impact through strategic consulting, program design, and ROI-driven storytelling.
- • You will spend 80–90% of your time in client-facing activities, leading strategic account consultations with Sales and Customer Success, designing evaluations, crafting business cases, and delivering workshops to C-level and HR stakeholders to drive retention, expansion, and renewal.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team at CoachHub — a global leader in digital and AI coaching backed by $330M in funding and a network of 3,500+ coaches across 90+ countries — where ownership, curiosity, and real-world impact are valued above all.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in behavioural science application within enterprise contexts, grow as a thought leader in the DACH region, influence product innovation through collaboration with R&D and Product, and strengthen internal teams through enablement and training — all while advancing a mission that makes coaching a foundational right for every employee.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Workforce Transformation, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing or consulting capacity with large enterprise clients
- • Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent
- • Business fluent in German and professional fluency in English
- • Demonstrable experience with data analytics, statistics, and/or evaluation methodology — including ROI studies, impact assessments, or people analytics in an organizational context
- • Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at executive level
- • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level
