📋 Description

• • Senior Brand & Creative Motion Designer role focused on bringing tem’s brand to life through motion design, including campaign films, product stories, social systems, and micro-interactions.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building tem’s motion language, delivering end-to-end motion work across campaigns and product moments, translating complex energy and market concepts into emotionally resonant narratives, maintaining high craft standards, operating independently as an IC3, integrating AI tools into workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teams.
• • tem is rebuilding the global energy transaction infrastructure using AI-native technology to create transparency, fairness, and efficiency in electricity markets, having raised $75M in Series B funding and already facilitating billions in transaction value through its RED product.
