  • • Knox Systems is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Brand Designer to spearhead the company's creative, brand, and content initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and maintaining Knox's visual and editorial identity across all digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will ensure a consistent, clear, and credible brand presence, which is paramount in our highly regulated, government-facing market. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical offerings into compelling and accessible narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • • As the owner of the Knox brand identity, you will be tasked with upholding and evolving our visual and editorial standards across every touchpoint. This includes updating and meticulously maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines that govern design, tone of voice, messaging, and the appropriate usage of our brand elements in both internal and external materials. Your work will directly contribute to reinforcing Knox's reputation for credibility, its unwavering security-first posture, and its leadership position within the federal cloud ecosystem.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves the comprehensive management of the Knox website and all its associated content. You will oversee website updates, the creation and optimization of landing pages, the publication of blog posts and announcements, and the presentation of product information. This requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that website content effectively supports demand generation efforts, enhances customer education, and provides robust sales enablement resources. You will also work in tandem with developers, designers, and external vendors to ensure the website remains healthy, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • • Beyond website management, you will direct the strategic creation of a wide range of content, including insightful blog posts, detailed case studies, informative white papers, engaging event content, and polished executive communications. A key responsibility will be to partner closely with the Vice President of Compliance to guarantee that all content is not only accurate and compliant with federal and regulatory requirements but also perfectly aligned with the expectations of our government and industry audiences. Establishing clear editorial calendars, efficient workflows, and rigorous review processes will be crucial for maintaining content quality and timeliness.
  • • In terms of creative production and campaign support, you will lead the creative development for all marketing campaigns, industry events, sales collateral, and digital assets. You will be responsible for producing high-quality design assets that meet the diverse needs of the organization. This may involve managing a team of designers, freelancers, and external agencies or production partners, ensuring the timely delivery of exceptional creative assets that align with business objectives and campaign goals. Close collaboration with the demand generation and events teams will be essential to support integrated marketing efforts and maximize campaign impact.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, business development, and senior leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful creative execution. You will also play a key role in supporting executive communications and enhancing leadership visibility through the creation of polished, on-brand materials. While providing essential creative guidance to internal teams, you will need to skillfully balance strategic direction with hands-on contribution, demonstrating both leadership and executional capability.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking and practical application. You will be expected to set the creative vision while also being deeply involved in the execution of design details. Strong organizational skills, impeccable creative judgment, and a disciplined approach to brand management are essential. You must be confident in leading creative decisions within a government-facing market where credibility and trust are paramount. Adaptability, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to remain calm and effective under deadline pressure are highly valued. A genuine passion for storytelling, a commitment to design excellence, and a drive to build a trusted and impactful brand will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing and evolving a company website and digital content ecosystem.
  • • Strong background in B2B, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud, or government-facing industries.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • • U.S. citizenship required due to federal government client work.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Life & Disability insurance coverage.
  • • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PEO).
  • • Employee-funded 401k plan.
