- • Senior Brand Designer at Remote Technologies Inc., a global HR platform enabling compliant international hiring, pay, and team management. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating the brand across marketing materials to uphold Remote’s reputation as an industry leader.
- • Day to day, the Senior Brand Designer will own projects from concept to completion, design landing pages, digital and OOH campaigns, presentation decks, sales sheets, social media visuals, and ad units, while evolving the brand language and mentoring junior designers to raise team quality and maturity.
- • The Design team at Remote operates asynchronously across 6 continents, driven by innovation, AI integration, and a culture of inclusion, where designers collaborate closely with Marketing to execute bold, pixel-perfect visual work that supports global talent equity.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in brand strategy and visual storytelling, lead design initiatives with autonomy, mentor peers, and contribute to a best-in-class HR platform while growing your impact in a fully remote, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of related design experience, with preference for cutting-edge brand work
- • Impressive portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and thoughtful visual solutions
- • Clean, modern design aesthetic and strong typographic skills
- • Ability to understand brand standards and deliver consistent results
- • Experience initiating creative ideas independently from process to execution
- • Fluent written and spoken English
- • Experience in a creative or marketing agency is a plus
- • Remote work experience is a plus but not required
