- • As a Senior Brand Designer at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the brand identity of a global leader in compliant international employment solutions. Your work will directly influence how Remote is perceived across markets, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in all visual touchpoints—from digital campaigns to OOH advertising and internal communications.
- • Day to day, you will own end-to-end design projects including landing pages, digital and out-of-home campaigns, presentation decks, sales sheets, digital media kits, emails, PDF guides, case studies, and social media visuals. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with Marketing, evolve the brand language, improve existing design systems, and drive pixel-perfect execution under minimal supervision while fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- • You will join Remote’s Design team, a globally distributed, async-first group of creatives passionate about building a best-in-class HR platform. Remote operates with innovation at its core, embedding AI and automation into every role, and values diversity, inclusion, and employee empowerment. With team members across six continents, you’ll collaborate asynchronously while contributing to a mission that enables businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams compliantly and ethically.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in brand strategy and visual storytelling, gain leadership experience through mentorship, influence the strategic direction of a globally recognized brand, and expand your proficiency in AI-augmented design workflows. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, the support to grow, and the impact to shape how millions perceive the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of related experience in brand or visual design, with preference for candidates who have worked on cutting-edge brands
- • Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities in design workflows
- • An impressive portfolio showcasing innovative concepts and thoughtful visual solutions
- • Clean and modern design aesthetic with strong typographic skills
- • Ability to understand and apply brand standards to deliver consistent results across all mediums
- • Fluent written and spoken English
