We are now seeking a talented and passionate Senior Brand Designer to join our ranks and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual narrative. Your primary objective will be to create compelling visuals that not only inspire and connect with our target audience but also drive conversions and foster growth.
• • In this critical role, you will be entrusted with the ownership and evolution of Voize's visual identity across all communication channels. Your expertise will ensure that our brand presence is as powerful and persuasive as our underlying mission. By strategically leveraging design, you will transform it into a key growth engine for the company, moving beyond a purely aesthetic function to a strategic business driver.
• • Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, ensuring no two days are the same. You will take full ownership of refining Voize's visual identity, meticulously applying it across paid, organic, and owned marketing channels. This includes designing a wide array of marketing assets, from digital advertisements for platforms like Google and LinkedIn, to engaging visuals for retargeting campaigns, trade show booths, and various events. You will also be responsible for creating print materials such as hand-outs and assets for A/B testing.
• • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your role. You will work closely with our web development team to conceptualize and create visually appealing landing pages and digital assets, utilizing tools like Figma and Webflow. Furthermore, you will produce captivating content visuals for our social media platforms, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve crafting standout sales and investor decks, concise one-pagers, and impactful materials for events and print. To facilitate efficiency and maintain brand integrity across the marketing team, you will also be tasked with building and maintaining comprehensive design templates and component libraries. This ensures that all marketing collateral adheres to our established visual guidelines and can be produced efficiently.
