🎯 Requirements
- • Senior art director or brand designer level experience, with a portfolio demonstrating successful brand overhauls or new brand creations.
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- • Proficiency in Canva for daily collateral and venue-level design tasks.
- • Solid video editing and reel production skills, including clipping, editing, and formatting content for social media platforms.
- • Strong working knowledge of AI tools for design ideation and production efficiency, as well as for competitor and market research (e.g., Meta Ads Library).
- • Exceptional attention to detail, with an uncompromising standard for spelling accuracy, pricing correctness, and brand consistency.
- • Confident remote communicator, capable of managing multiple venues and stakeholders across different time zones.
- • Prior experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or multi-venue brand environment is strongly preferred.
