- • Lead the creation of UK-focused brand design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
- • Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity with consistent clarity, premium quality, and alignment to business goals
- • Adapt the visual language for diverse UK audiences including consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- • Maintain and refine UK-specific brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure top-tier execution and visual consistency
- • Collaborate closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand creative outputs
- • Partner with the Creative Manager to contribute to the strategic direction of the UK brand and design framework
- • Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to elevate overall creative quality and team standards
- • Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, tooling, and efficiency across the UK creative pipeline
- • Stay current on UK design trends, motion principles, and emerging creative tools to inform iterative design decisions
- • Ensure all design output adheres strictly to BJAK’s brand standards while meeting campaign objectives and audience needs
- • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, proactively proposing ideas that enhance brand impact and execution
- • Balance meticulous attention to detail with a strong strategic sense of brand direction across all visual communications
- • Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment where speed, results, and ownership are prioritized over titles
- • Contribute to a lean, high-output creative team that operates with flat structure and expects hands-on contribution from all members
- • Support team-wide improvement by sharing best practices and establishing scalable design standards for UK operations
- • Design with a focus on clarity, quality, and execution across digital and static mediums
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence
- • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- • Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- • Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency
- • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers
