📋 Description
- • Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials, shaping BJAK’s brand identity to make a meaningful impact in the UK market.
- • Execute and evolve BJAK’s new UK brand identity with clarity, consistency, and premium quality, adapting visual language for diverse audiences including consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- • Collaborate closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work, partner with the Creative Manager on brand direction, and mentor junior designers to elevate team creativity.
- • Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems, ensuring top-tier execution, identifying workflow improvements, and staying current on design trends and tools.
- • Play a key role in shaping BJAK’s new UK brand from the ground up in a high-ownership, execution-driven environment with clear growth potential and remote work flexibility across the UK.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence
- • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- • Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency
- • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers
