  • • Collaborate with clients, R&D teams, solution architects, project managers, and product management to deliver SURVEIL-X solutions for capital markets compliance and trade surveillance.
  • • Engage directly with clients to resolve functional and technical queries, configure system settings, and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • • Translate client-specific compliance requirements into actionable product enhancements aligned with SURVEIL-X’s established product framework.
  • • Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support to ensure consistent, high-quality solution delivery and client outcomes.
  • • Travel to client sites or coordinate across global time zones to support critical project milestones and delivery deadlines.
  • • Build deep domain expertise in capital markets regulations including MiFID II, MAR, and Dodd-Frank, and how they map to NICE Actimize SURVEIL-X capabilities.
  • • Analyze client data ingestion requirements, trade data flows, and system integration needs to define precise implementation specifications.
  • • Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and client-facing presentations that articulate SURVEIL-X functionality and business value.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent deliverables while maintaining focus on both business objectives and technical constraints.
  • • Author high-quality business documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), use cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.
  • • Utilize SQL to query and analyze trade, order, and market data from relational databases; ensure accuracy in financial data mapping across structured and semi-structured formats.
  • • Apply hands-on experience with data transformation and integration pipelines in financial services environments.
  • • Work within Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise software settings to ensure timely and iterative project execution.
  • • Utilize collaboration tools including MS Teams, JIRA, Aha!, Excel, and Visio for project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • • Perform Linux/Unix command-line operations and conduct log analysis using standard file editing tools to support troubleshooting and system validation.
  • • Partner with junior team members through peer reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentorship to strengthen team capability and consistency.
  • • Rapidly adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and technological advancements in financial crime prevention and trade surveillance.
  • • Demonstrate strong analytical and modeling skills to interpret complex client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • • Maintain strict attention to detail and perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes delivery environments.
  • • Foster a collaborative team culture by actively sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and contributing to collective problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking
  • • BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent
  • • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • • Mandatory domain experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking
  • • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • • Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix command-line operations and shell scripting
