- • Lead complex, cross-functional automation initiatives for Banking and Financial Services customers, driving high-value opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy.
- • Proactively identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities based on feasibility, scalability, complexity, and ROI, quantifying outcomes such as cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and quality improvement.
- • Develop comprehensive business cases and contribute to sustaining a robust automation pipeline by aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives.
- • Conduct end-to-end process discovery, documenting detailed As-Is and scalable To-Be designs for complex workflows across departments and systems.
- • Collaborate with Solution Architects to influence high-level solution architecture decisions, ensuring requirements meet enterprise architecture standards and are scalable.
- • Serve as a quality gate for functional documentation, validating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and ensuring requirement clarity and completeness.
- • Anticipate downstream impacts on systems, integrations, and operating models when designing automation solutions.
- • Lead workshops with senior business stakeholders to shape automation vision, solution direction, and adoption strategy, communicating value in business terms tailored to executive audiences.
- • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and Developers, navigating ambiguity and resolving scope or requirement conflicts.
- • Independently manage analysis deliverables across multiple concurrent automation initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope, acceptance criteria, and business validation.
- • Partner with Solution Architects and Developers through design, testing, and deployment phases, facilitating Agile ceremonies and stand-ups as needed.
- • Design and implement change management strategies to drive sustainable automation adoption, including stakeholder communication plans and mitigation of adoption barriers.
- • Promote an “automation-first” mindset across the organization through targeted communication and readiness planning for deployment and post-implementation transition.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of UiPath platform capabilities and emerging automation technologies, leveraging expertise in enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, and Coupa to identify integration opportunities.
- • Identify, document, and promote reusable automation components, process blueprints, and best practices to elevate UiPath’s internal automation maturity.
- • Contribute to internal case studies, success stories, and industry points of view to demonstrate automation impact and drive continuous improvement in BA practices and documentation standards.
- • Mentor junior Business Analysts and support the development of team capabilities in automation analysis and delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives
- • Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services Industry
- • Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation
- • Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, Coupa, etc.
- • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
