  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to own analytical projects from inception to strategic recommendation, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  • • You will report to the Associate Director, Pricing, and Business AI Lead at BioLife, working in a remote capacity in line with Takeda's flexible work policies.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth data analysis, connecting disparate data sources to identify trends, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights that directly influence business strategies and operational improvements.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves assessing pricing performance across various dimensions, including centers, fee structures, and donor demographics, to pinpoint key performance drivers, identify potential risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • • You will be instrumental in supporting pricing and forecasting initiatives through advanced statistical analysis, developing and implementing process automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • • Your adaptability and proactive nature will be key assets in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • • While the role is primarily remote, occasional domestic travel, up to 10%, may be required to support business needs.
  • • This role is integral to BioLife's mission of collecting high-quality plasma for life-saving therapies, directly impacting the ability to treat patients with rare diseases.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven innovation within a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry.
