- • Lead end-to-end business discovery for enterprise clients in healthcare and consumer goods, facilitating executive workshops and decomposing complex value chains to identify operational inefficiencies, wrong-node allocation, mode-mix issues, and escalation drivers.
- • Independently own and drive multiple parallel delivery lanes without day-to-day direction, managing client relationships, deliverable production, risk escalation, and progress reporting with full accountability for outcomes.
- • Translate business findings into clear, actionable requirements for Solutions Architects and Data Engineers, ensuring operational constraints and business logic are accurately reflected in technical blueprints for AI-powered systems.
- • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to define current-state and target-state process and system architectures using structured analytical frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
- • Produce enterprise-grade analytical deliverables including process maps, value stream analyses, opportunity assessments, business cases, and use case definitions that directly inform client decision-making and investment.
- • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, facilitating difficult conversations with confidence and driving alignment on transformation priorities without senior oversight.
- • Mentor and support junior Business Analysts and consultants in developing skills to independently run client sessions, produce high-quality deliverables, and manage stakeholder interactions.
- • Apply cross-industry operational expertise to rapidly ramp in unfamiliar domains, leveraging best practices from supply chain, logistics, energy, or healthcare to create scalable transformation opportunities.
- • Engage meaningfully with technical teams on data schemas, system integrations, ERP landscapes, and AI/ML model requirements, demonstrating fluency in technical contexts without writing code.
- • Utilize AI tools (LLM assistants, agentic workflows) as a force multiplier to accelerate research, analysis, and deliverable production, embedding AI-native workflows into daily consulting practice.
- • Operate within rapid, hypothesis-driven sprint cycles (12-week engagement models) focused on validation experiments and speed to insight, rejecting traditional slow IT delivery approaches in favor of agile, outcome-oriented execution.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on operational velocity, optimizing systems to reduce resource needs, increase sustainability, and collapse timelines for high-footprint industries.
- • Contribute to a culture of candid feedback, selfless collaboration, and pursuit of excellence by sharing learnings openly and empowering team members to break through boundaries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm, with a track record of leading operations strategy, business transformation, or value chain reinvention engagements, ideally at Senior Manager or Director level.
- • Demonstrated ability to independently own executive-level client relationships, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation conversations without senior oversight.
- • Strong foundation in structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, value stream mapping), with Black Belt certification or equivalent practical depth strongly preferred.
- • Experience mapping and transforming end-to-end value chains across multiple industries, with preference for supply chain, logistics, energy, or healthcare domains.
- • Technical fluency to engage with Solutions Architects and Data Engineers on data schemas, system integrations, ERP landscapes, and AI/ML model requirements.
- • Comfort and proven use of AI tools (LLM assistants, agentic workflows) to accelerate research, analysis, and deliverable production in a consulting context.
