- • As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) for Recorded Future's APJ sales team, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth within named and target accounts across the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) territory.
- • This pivotal role involves conducting in-depth research, executing strategic multi-channel outreach, building strong relationships, and performing consultative discovery to generate high-quality sales opportunities and build robust pipelines for our Account Directors.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying, researching, and engaging with C-suite and VP-level prospects within key target accounts, requiring a proactive and persistent approach.
- • Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets through exceptional outbound prospecting efforts.
- • This involves running sophisticated multi-channel sequences, leveraging phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to effectively engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
- • A crucial aspect of the role is account mapping, where you will collaborate closely with Account Directors to develop a deep understanding of target organizations, including their structure, existing technology stack, primary pain points, and key decision-making committees.
- • You will also be responsible for handling inbound leads generated from marketing efforts, such as events and webinars, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
- • Leading initial discovery calls is a key responsibility, where you will expertly uncover prospect pain points, articulate the value proposition of Recorded Future's solutions, and secure commitment for next steps in the sales process.
- • You will be expected to learn and diligently apply Recorded Future’s established sales methodologies and processes to ensure consistent and effective engagement with prospects.
- • Close collaboration with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing teams, and other cross-functional departments is essential for crafting highly tailored and impactful outreach campaigns.
- • Continuous professional development is encouraged, with an emphasis on leveraging coaching, call reviews, and available enablement resources to consistently refine your messaging and objection-handling skills.
- • Proficiency in utilizing various sales prospecting tools to identify and research target accounts and contacts will be a daily requirement.
- • Maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene, including logging all activities and ensuring data accuracy and quality within Salesforce, is critical for team success and reporting.
