📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for Reddit’s strategic advertising partners and direct advertisers, guiding end-to-end integration of Reddit’s advertising APIs and tools.
• Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions to accelerate technical enablement, with implementations occurring within Reddit’s systems or directly within partner codebases.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams at partner organizations to optimize API performance, resolve integration gaps, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support processes to ensure seamless and successful partner implementations on Reddit’s advertising platform.
• Represent the technical voice of external partners internally, surfacing feedback to influence product roadmaps, platform priorities, and engineering initiatives.
• Support escalations for high-impact integrations by providing clear, actionable technical direction to resolve blockers quickly and sustainably.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and business development teams to align Reddit’s advertising capabilities with evolving market needs.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of Reddit’s developer ecosystem by defining frameworks for repeatable, scalable integrations and partner enablement.
• Act as a technical liaison between Reddit and external advertisers, ensuring technical alignment and long-term partnership success.
• Drive adoption of Reddit’s advertising platform by translating business requirements into technical solutions and demonstrating tangible value through hands-on implementation.
• Maintain deep expertise in REST APIs, HTTP protocols, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and modern SDK patterns to support partner integrations.
• Influence product and platform decisions by bridging technical implementation insights with strategic business objectives.
• Prototype and build tools or documentation that enhance the developer experience and improve partner onboarding efficiency.
• Stay current with AdTech industry trends and ensure Reddit’s platform remains aligned with evolving standards and partner expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of owning end-to-end technical projects and cross-org coordination
• Hands-on coding expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js), with focus on backend or API development
• Proven ability to contribute directly to external integrations and prototype in partner environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and modern SDK patterns
• Effective communicator with experience presenting complex technical and business ideas to internal leadership and external stakeholders
