- • As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for Conversational Channels at Humana, you will play a critical role in transforming how the organization understands and optimizes member interactions through scalable, cloud-based reporting solutions that power data-driven decision-making across contact center and member engagement platforms.
- • You will design, develop, and maintain complex Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), and Chat channel reports and dashboards using Power BI and cloud analytics tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high-performance, actionable insights.
- • You will be part of the Consumer Digital Data Science and Analytics team, reporting to a director, and contributing to a mission focused on creating valuable insights from member interactions in Digital, IVR, IVA, and related channels to inform adoption, containment, and digital deflection strategies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-based analytics, advanced SQL/PySpark, healthcare data systems, and executive-level data storytelling, enabling you to drive strategic impact while growing your technical and leadership capabilities in a purpose-driven healthcare organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
- • Advanced experience exploring complex data sets using SQL, PySpark, or similar data systems
- • Experience with tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations
- • Experience using cloud tools such as Azure Databricks with Unity Catalog or Google Cloud Platform
- • Proficiency in verbal and written communication/presenting to senior and executive leadership
- • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
