- • Your work will involve tackling moderately complex to highly complex issues, where in-depth analysis of variable factors is crucial for developing effective solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data, thereby creating insightful and actionable business information.
- • This role offers the opportunity to influence departmental strategy and make critical decisions regarding the technical approach for project components. You will operate with considerable latitude, defining objectives and methodologies for your assignments without requiring constant direction, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and expertise.

- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, particularly in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros), Word, Access, and PowerPoint. This suite will be a primary tool for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
- • While not strictly required, experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is highly preferred, as is expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling. These skills will enhance your ability to derive deeper insights and present them compellingly.
- • As a remote position, you will need to meet specific work-at-home requirements, including a high-speed DSL or cable modem connection (minimum 25x10 Mbps) and a dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect sensitive member information (PHI/HIPAA).
- • Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required, despite the role being primarily remote.

- • This role offers a competitive salary range of $89,000 - $121,400 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
