- • As a Senior Business Operations Manager at Rev, you will play a critical role in shaping how the company operates by driving core business rhythms and enabling data-informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- • You will own the end-to-end execution of Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews (WBRs/MBRs), including defining structure, improving content, facilitating meetings, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- • You will partner closely with the COO and leadership team across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities, improve cross-functional execution, and reduce organizational friction.
- • You will build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into performance across Product, GTM, and Operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities proactively.
- • You will translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making and ensure accountability for key initiatives.
- • You will identify gaps in processes, reporting, and communication, and implement scalable systems to improve operational efficiency and continuously raise the bar on excellence.
- • You will work in a high-visibility, individual contributor role with significant impact, helping leadership run the company with clarity, focus, and accountability.
- • You will contribute to a culture of bold thinking and innovation at Rev, where your work directly influences how the company scales and executes on its mission.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or a similar field
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
- • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders (e.g., COO, CEO)
- • Proven ability to run operating cadences such as WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs
- • Exceptional organization and project management skills
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics clearly and concisely
