- • Senior Business Recruitment Partner at Finix Payments, Inc. is a strategic hiring role focused on attracting top talent to support the company’s mission of building the most accessible financial services ecosystem. This role matters because it directly enables Finix to scale its global operating system for fintech by securing the people who will drive innovation in payments, payouts, recurring billing, risk management, and compliance.
- • Day to day, the Senior Business Recruitment Partner will partner with hiring managers across engineering, product, sales, and operations to understand role requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct full-cycle recruitment for senior and critical roles, manage candidate experience, and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and help refine recruitment processes as the company grows.
