📋 Description
- • As a Talent Partner at Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS), you will serve as the trusted guide for candidates from initial outreach through long-term success, combining recruiting expertise with staffer advocacy to ensure high-quality placements and strong retention.
- • You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing support for a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, while monitoring productivity, engagement, and well-being through regular check-ins and pulse surveys.
- • CAS is a remote-first staffing company focused on placing skilled professionals in accounting and finance roles globally, emphasizing quality, security, and collaboration through tools like Slack, Zoom, and Ashby.
- • In this role, you will develop deep relationship-building skills, gain exposure to diverse client industries, influence staffer growth and retention strategies, and build expertise in modern talent management and remote team support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with candidates and clients
- • Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
- • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
- • Nice-to-have: Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms
