  • • As a Senior Team Lead for Grocery Key Accounts at Deliveroo, you will be the strategic architect driving growth in one of the company’s most critical market segments — managing high-value partnerships with bakeries, butchers, wine merchants, and other specialty retailers across France. Your leadership will directly shape how local commerce evolves through Deliveroo’s platform, ensuring partners thrive while delivering exceptional experiences to consumers and riders.
  • • Day to day, you will lead and coach a team of Account Managers by setting clear performance objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and maintaining 5-star account management standards through consistent coaching and feedback. You will personally manage the most strategic grocery partners, developing Joint Business Plans focused on sustainable growth and profitability while negotiating complex, C-level agreements. You will define the long-term vision for the Specialist segment by leveraging deep data analysis to identify market opportunities, then execute renewal and upsell strategies accordingly. You will continuously improve team processes to enhance operational efficiency and coordinate cross-functional support from Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless partner experiences. Additionally, you will represent your team in leadership forums, influencing product roadmaps by translating frontline insights and market needs into actionable priorities.
  • • You will join Deliveroo’s New Verticals team in Paris, a dynamic and entrepreneurial unit focused on expanding into high-potential local commerce sectors. This team operates at the forefront of innovation, blending commercial rigor with agility to capture emerging opportunities in the grocery and convenience landscape. As part of DoorDash’s global network, you’ll benefit from access to best practices, scale, and resources while maintaining the autonomy and speed of a fast-moving scale-up.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic account planning, data-driven commercial decision-making, and high-impact team leadership — gaining exposure to C-level negotiations and cross-functional influence that will accelerate your career trajectory. You’ll build a legacy of transforming partner relationships and driving measurable growth, positioning yourself as a leader in local commerce strategy within one of Europe’s most innovative food delivery platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Over 5 years of proven experience in commercial functions, partnership management, or Key Account Management (KAM) roles
  • • Demonstrated success managing complex, strategic portfolios of brands, particularly in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or marketplace environments
  • • Successful track record in people management, including coaching, performance development, and leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
