- • As a Learning & Development Training Specialist for TransUnion’s Sontiq Data Breach department, you will drive organizational growth by designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences that close performance gaps and support remote global teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing visually engaging training materials and digital assessments using Adult Learning Principles, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to simplify technical content, facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for groups of 15–25, managing virtual classroom tools, providing real-time remote coaching during the 'virtual nesting' phase, and maintaining the Knowledge Management System as an administrator by ensuring SOPs and resources are accurate and searchable.
- • You will be part of TransUnion’s Global Capability Centre Africa (GCCA), a remote-first team supporting the Sontiq Data Breach division, where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business needs and contribute to a Workforce for Good culture focused on innovation, purpose, and community impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM), virtual facilitation, technical writing, and data-driven performance analytics, while gaining experience in global remote team enablement and knowledge management governance within a leading credit bureau and technology-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of Learning & Development and/or virtual training experience, with preference for call center environment background
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for engaging slide decks, Word for SOP and participant guide creation, and Excel for tracking trainee progress and reporting training metrics
- • Demonstrated experience in virtual facilitation, including troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining session flow in remote environments
- • Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to and influence diverse groups
- • Ability to maintain focus, flexibility, and organization in a fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration skills and commitment to instructional excellence
