📋 Description

• Work directly with Business Applications Leadership and internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and drive adoption of Salesforce changes aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Manage and execute Salesforce platform releases, ensuring timely rollout of new features and functionality while maintaining system stability.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, and installed packages within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code, and Lightning Components to support business process automation and user experience enhancements.
• Administer and optimize the Salesforce CPQ environment to support quoting, pricing, and contract lifecycle management.
• Design, build, and deliver new reporting capabilities and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests to support data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and finance teams.
• Own end-to-end configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support for the Salesforce application platform.
• Identify production risks and areas for system improvement; prioritize, design, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and adoption.
• Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements.
• Understand and document all integrations between Salesforce and other business tools (e.g., Gainsight, Marketo, Outreach) and assess impact of changes on the broader application ecosystem.
• Install and manage new Managed Packages and third-party tools within the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshoot system outages, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate updates to leadership during and after critical incidents.
• Reference and update documentation related to Salesforce support procedures, enhancement management, and operational workflows.
• Provide technical support and consultation to non-technical end users to strengthen collaboration between Business Applications and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in Jira Sprint and Release processes to manage individual work efforts and deliverables.
• Maintain proficiency in standard office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Support the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS environment through accurate system configuration and process alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Arctic Wolf’s Information Security policies, standards, and controls to protect business information.
• Perform duties with a detail-oriented, self-starter mindset and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively as both an independent contributor and team member with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Travel up to 10% for business-related activities, requiring mobility to navigate public/private transport and physical office environments.
• Work primarily in a sedentary role requiring prolonged use of computer systems, visual acuity for screen-based tasks, and verbal communication.
• Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds as needed (e.g., office equipment, paper supplies).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, and HTML
• Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle in a SaaS company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
