- • As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive enterprise strategy and improve member experiences, directly supporting Humana’s mission to put health first.
- • Day to day, you will analyze, integrate, and visualize large datasets using T-SQL, PL-SQL, TOAD, Power BI, Azure, and Snowflake; develop long-term data solutions; elicit and document business and technical requirements; write user stories for Agile development; coordinate cross-team collaboration; and support production systems with occasional off-hours monitoring.
- • You will join Humana’s MarketPoint Business Insights Team, a remote-first unit focused on leveraging data to enhance service quality and operational excellence across a healthcare organization serving over 10 million members annually.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise data architecture, Agile methodologies, and healthcare data systems while influencing departmental strategy and advancing your career in business systems analysis within a mission-driven, nationally recognized health services company.
