Senior Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• • Serve as a centralized business systems analyst supporting multiple product teams within the Global Connected Living Product (GCL) portfolio, translating product roadmaps into executable plans and coordinating cross-functional delivery activities.
• • Drive end-to-end project execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications using Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for work item tracking, sprint planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage workflows.
• • Lead requirements gathering activities including the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria through stakeholder workshops and elicitation sessions.
• • Leverage AI-enabled platforms and tools—including large language models (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude), intelligent automation, and AI-augmented productivity tools—to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery processes.
• • Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, develop business cases with ROI metrics, and partner with technical teams to implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• • Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility using Microsoft Power Platform and AI-assisted analysis tools to generate insights from data and stakeholder feedback.
• • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
• • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date process documentation, create training materials, and produce executive-ready summaries to ensure knowledge retention and standardization across the GCL portfolio.
• • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, QA, operations, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs across product lines.
• • Stay current on emerging AI-enabled enterprise capabilities including agent development, LLM applications, and cloud-based automation tools, and assess their applicability to product operations and delivery.
• • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying data-driven analysis and stakeholder input to refine processes, reduce redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
• • Ensure adherence to SDLC phases and agile methodologies across all project activities, with a focus on cross-functional co-ownership of delivery outcomes rather than siloed handoffs.
• • Utilize Microsoft ecosystem tools including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Copilot Studio for daily operations, communication, and collaboration.
• • Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes as required to maintain system stability and operational integrity within a large enterprise environment.
