- • As a Senior Business Travel Consultant at Perk.com Inc., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for business clients, directly supporting the company’s mission to eliminate shadow work and empower real productivity through intelligent travel and spend management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for European and domestic travel using Galileo or Sabre GDS systems, communicating professionally with clients via phone, email, and live chat, mentoring junior team members, maintaining service level agreements, and proactively supporting client relationships throughout the travel lifecycle.
- • You will join Perk’s Customer Care team, a vital function driving customer satisfaction and retention, within a global organization of over 1,800 employees across 12 offices, headquartered in London and Boston, united by values of ownership, 7-star service, and teamwork.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in corporate travel operations, develop leadership and mentoring skills, enhance your proficiency in GDS systems and client relationship management, and contribute to process improvements while working in a supportive, innovative environment that values curiosity and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expert knowledge of the Galileo or Sabre GDS system, including manual and automated ticket reissuing
- • Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant with strong airfare and ticketing proficiency
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- • Ability to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks proactively
- • Professional telephone manner and confidence in client and supplier interactions
- • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with initiative in resolving customer queries and complaints
