- • As a Senior Claims Handler for Home products at NN in Brussels, you will manage complex and fragmented insurance claims—such as water damage, infiltration, fire, and liability—turning unclear, urgent cases into structured, transparent processes through expert analysis and empathetic client communication.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing diverse claims dossiers, analyzing technical, legal, and factual elements to make sound decisions, coordinating with experts and service providers, ensuring rigorous follow-up, and maintaining proactive, professional communication with all stakeholders.

- • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- • Experience in retail or SME environments, along with background in private liability, is a strong asset.
