  • • Own the end-to-end relationship and delivery for one of Kyra’s largest global enterprise accounts, managing 12+ sub-brands and 35+ stakeholders across multiple regions (excluding the US).
  • • Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication and consistent service delivery across all campaign activities.
  • • Lead the execution of multi-channel influencer marketing campaigns—including seeding, paid, and integrated activations—ensuring timelines, scopes, and budgets are strictly adhered to across simultaneous briefs.
  • • Manage client onboarding for new campaigns: build strategic decks, validate Statements of Work (SOW), coordinate internal cross-functional teams, and conduct platform demos to ensure alignment.
  • • Drive post-campaign performance analysis by conducting internal post-mortems, building client-ready Performance Capture Analysis (PCA) decks, and delivering executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly influence client decisions, avoiding mere data recaps.
  • • Act as the connective tissue between creative, paid media, creator partnerships, and product teams, proactively identifying and resolving drifts in scope, timeline, performance, or relationship dynamics.
  • • Surface client feedback, pain points, and feature requests directly to the product team to inform platform enhancements and ensure the product evolves with real-world usage.
  • • Maintain operational precision across high-volume workflows, managing dozens of concurrent briefs without error or delay, while ensuring all deliverables remain on-brand and within margin.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensuring no communication thread is lost and no request falls through the cracks.
  • • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset: take ownership of learning, build internal relationships proactively, and initiate action without waiting for direction.
  • • Leverage AI tools daily in campaign management, reporting, and client communications—not just awareness, but active, integrated usage to elevate outcomes.
  • • Maintain a high standard of adaptability, thriving in evolving processes and ambiguous environments without requiring rigid frameworks or hand-holding.
  • • Build trust rapidly through transparency, accountability, and a willingness to say "I don’t know" and then find the answer.
  • • Embrace feedback constructively and consistently deliver results that exceed client and internal team expectations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Agency experience in influencer or creator marketing (non-negotiable)
  • • Proven campaign execution experience in creative marketing activations (not just relationship management)
  • • Enterprise account servicing experience with multi-stakeholder, high-volume, complex accounts
  • • Exceptional organisational skills to manage high-volume communications and concurrent workflows
  • • London-based with ability to work in-office (hybrid model: 2 days/week in-office, 4 days during first 2 weeks for onboarding)
  • • AI-immersed: active, daily use of AI tools in professional workflows
