📋 Description
- • The Senior Client Success Account Manager is a strategic role focused on driving revenue growth and client impact across Tinuiti’s portfolio by identifying, pitching, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Delivery Leadership, Client Partner Leads, and client stakeholders to validate growth opportunities, own and enhance processes for cross-sell execution, lead the creation of pitch materials, and collaborate with Finance and Resource Management on pricing, SOWs, and staffing plans for expansion initiatives.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement to eliminate waste and scale what works through its proprietary Bliss Point technology.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue enablement, cross-functional collaboration, financial modeling, and strategic account planning while directly contributing to client retention and expansion goals.
