- • Achieve dermatology sales objectives by effectively managing territory budgets and resources in the Okayama and Hiroshima area.
- • Develop and implement an annual territory business plan using market insights aligned with Regeneron’s marketing strategies.
- • Regularly update business plans to reflect changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- • Utilize key data sources to create strategic action plans that drive sales performance and market penetration.
- • Conduct disease and concept selling to engage healthcare professionals with tailored, value-driven solutions for Dupixent.
- • Perform administrative responsibilities including accurate expense reporting, marketing feedback collection, and detailed call reporting.
- • Collaborate with alliance partners to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as required, and complete all mandatory Regeneron training programs.
- • Maintain company property in good condition and strictly follow safe driving practices while traveling within the territory.
- • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare providers to enhance product adoption and patient outcomes.
- • Operate independently in a remote environment while consistently meeting performance goals under tight timelines.
- • Demonstrate organizational proficiency and attention to detail in managing both strategic planning and routine administrative tasks.
- • Adapt to evolving priorities and be available for travel, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
- • Apply therapeutic knowledge in dermatology to effectively communicate clinical benefits and differentiate Dupixent in the marketplace.
- • Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and Regeneron’s compliance standards.
- • Leverage established relationships with key opinion leaders in dermatology to expand market influence and drive prescription growth.
- • Represent Regeneron professionally and ethically in all interactions with healthcare providers, partners, and internal teams.
