• • Senior Client Success Manager at Intus Technologies, Inc. drives strategic adoption and long-term value realization for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clients using Intus Care’s end-to-end platform, ensuring improved care delivery, financial performance, and compliance for dual-eligible seniors.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor to clients, leading advanced enablement sessions across CareHub, IRIS, and analytics tools, conducting executive business reviews, monitoring client health through usage data, and developing tailored success plans to maximize platform adoption and outcomes.
• • The role operates within Intus Care’s Client Delivery organization, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Training, and Support teams to advocate for client needs, influence product roadmap, and improve cross-functional processes while mentoring peers without formal management responsibilities.
• • The Senior CSM will develop expertise in healthcare value-based care models, strengthen leadership presence in client-facing and internal settings, contribute to scalable client success processes, and drive measurable improvements in client retention, platform utilization, and operational efficiency.
