- • As a Senior Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice, you will be responsible for driving long-term value and strategic growth for enterprise clients by ensuring they achieve their business goals through the effective use of Bazaarvoice’s user-generated content and experience solutions. This role is critical in strengthening client relationships, reducing churn, and expanding product adoption across key accounts.
- • Day to day, you will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You will conduct regular business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support), and develop success plans that align with client objectives. You will also monitor product usage, health scores, and renewal risks, taking proactive steps to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

You will develop advanced skills in client advocacy, renewal forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for growth into leadership roles such as Director of Customer Success or Head of Client Experience within a high-impact, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
- • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including ownership of renewal and expansion targets
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical value into business outcomes
- • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) to track health, usage, and engagement metrics
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
