  • • Senior Clinical Research Associate role supporting critical clinical studies across Brazil, contributing to Precision Medicine Group's expansion in Latin America by ensuring patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include independently overseeing study site management, conducting site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out), managing site start-up procedures, verifying informed consent processes, reviewing investigator site files, handling investigational product inventory, identifying and processing Serious Adverse Events, and mentoring junior staff.
  • • Precision Medicine Group is a growing organization focused on precision medicine and clinical research, operating across Latin America with a commitment to high-quality, professional clinical trial execution and employee development.
  • • The role offers opportunities to lead complex trials, mentor junior CRAs, develop expertise in rare therapeutic areas and EDC systems, contribute to audit readiness, and grow into greater leadership responsibilities within global clinical monitoring teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline
  • • 5 years or more experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
  • • Significant site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
  • • Professional-level English communication skills, both verbal and written
