📋 Description
- • The Senior Cloud Solution Consultant leads complex cloud implementations for Broadband Service Providers, architecting and optimizing Calix Cloud solutions while serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.
- • Day to day, the role involves architecting and implementing end-to-end SaaS onboarding using REST/JSON APIs and ETL workflows, translating business requirements into technical plans, conducting customer check-ins, identifying risks and optimization opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Success teams.
- • The Calix Success Delivery Team is part of a mission-driven company enabling Communication Service Providers to transform and future-proof their businesses through the Calix One platform, which delivers real-time data, automation, and actionable insights to simplify operations, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in cloud architecture, API orchestration, and telecom-specific technologies while driving successful customer outcomes, influencing product direction through feedback, and gaining exposure to end-to-end solution delivery in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
