- • As a critical partner to our executive team, you will translate complex data from across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions into actionable insights that inform strategic discussions, planning, and investment decisions. Your primary focus will be driving revenue velocity by analyzing the full customer lifecycle, identifying strategic recommendations to accelerate acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- • **Lifecycle Performance Analysis:**
- • Conduct comprehensive, in-depth analysis of conversion rates, volume trends, and time-bound metrics across the entire customer lifecycle. This will involve dissecting each stage from initial prospect engagement through to long-term customer value realization, with the goal of identifying key levers to enhance revenue velocity.
- • Proactively identify friction points and critical acceleration opportunities within the acquisition, expansion, and retention phases. This will be achieved through rigorous quantitative analysis, including the development and application of cohort modeling to understand user behavior over time and across different customer segments.
- • Build, maintain, and refine sophisticated analyses around multi-touch attribution models. This will enable a clear understanding of the return on marketing investments across various channels and campaigns, optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
- • Develop and maintain robust forecasting models. These models will cover crucial areas such as pipeline health, churn risk prediction, identification of expansion signals within the existing customer base, and capacity planning. These forecasts will be essential for supporting strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
- • Synthesize and integrate data from various cross-functional sources (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to gain a holistic understanding of conversion drivers, identify key bottlenecks in the customer journey, and pinpoint performance variations across different customer segments, marketing channels, and sales motions.
- • **Strategic Partnership with Leadership:**
- • Serve as the primary analytical partner to the Head of Revenue Operations. Your contributions will be vital for effective pipeline management, enhancing forecast accuracy, optimizing sales cycles, conducting insightful win-loss analyses, and improving overall sales productivity.
- • Deliver critical insights to the Director of Customer Success. This includes deep dives into churn drivers, evaluating the effectiveness of customer health scores, analyzing time-to-value metrics, identifying expansion opportunities within the existing customer base, and refining customer segmentation strategies.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This will involve creating executive dashboards and presenting strategic recommendations that directly influence revenue-generating strategies.
- • Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on ad hoc analyses. These analyses will be instrumental in helping to define the company's strategic direction, identify new market opportunities, and guide investment areas.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial analyst role, with a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and the intricacies of the customer lifecycle.
- • Proven track record of leveraging data analysis to drive significant commercial outcomes and strategic business decisions.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Python for advanced analysis and modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for presenting data effectively.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a data pipeline from raw data to compelling presentation, ensuring data integrity and clarity throughout the process.
- • A natural curiosity to understand the underlying drivers behind data trends, with the ability to substantiate conclusions with robust analytical evidence.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data concepts and business stakeholders, effectively telling a story with data to enable executive decision-making.
- • Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to streamline data analysis, automate reporting processes, or solve complex analytical challenges is highly desirable.
- • Experience working with HubSpot CRM is considered a strong advantage.
- • A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency space is a plus.
