- • As a Senior Commercial Customer Success Manager at Workato, you will drive customer success and adoption of the Intelligent Automation Platform, ensuring clients achieve measurable business value through streamlined workflows and automation.
- • Day to day, you will develop strategic relationships with customers, provide technical product expertise, act as the primary escalation point for issues, coach and mentor the broader CSM team, and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product roadmap and internal teams.
