- • As a Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst, you will support business strategy by performing complex data analysis to provide data-informed decisions and actionable insights for commercial insurance operations.
- • Day to day, you will conduct root cause, cost-benefit, forecasting, and performance tracking analyses; collaborate across departments; consult with client groups to scope business needs; partner with IT on data architecture and user acceptance testing; and create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts as the subject matter expert.
- • You will join Mobilitas, a commercial insurance innovator created by CSAA Insurance Group, focused on reinventing insurance in the mobility space with a mission-driven, remote-first culture that values innovation, mentorship, and data-driven decision making.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in commercial insurance analytics, lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior associates, and shape the data foundation and analytics culture of a growing organization while advancing your technical and leadership skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
- • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to make effective formal presentations
- • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback using effective interpersonal skills
