- • Senior Commercial Underwriter in the Energy Group at First American Financial Corporation, responsible for underwriting title insurance commitments and policies for commercial real estate transactions, playing a key role in delivering next-generation solutions in the commercial real estate space.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing underwriting support and authorization to personnel and customers, applying underwriting standards within delegated authority, guiding staff in real estate settlement services, issuing underwriting guidelines per company processes, and performing other assigned duties.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • 7-10 years of title underwriting experience.
- • Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes, including familiarity with real estate law and Federal/State regulations related to title insurance.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up timely.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively, act decisively, and apply abstract thinking to create creative solutions.
