- • Report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) as a strategic thought partner on compensation and People Analytics initiatives
- • Own and execute the end-to-end compensation cycle, including modeling salary increases, promotions, band updates, calibration support, and budget tracking
- • Consolidate, clean, and structure People data across HRIS, ATS, and Finance systems to create scalable, reliable datasets for analytics
- • Manage off-cycle compensation adjustments, market reviews, and new hire band alignment
- • Build, refine, and maintain scalable compensation bands and benchmarking frameworks aligned with market data
- • Design and own advanced People Analytics to generate deep insights that inform Front’s people strategy and executive decision-making
- • Deliver executive-level reports and board-level materials on attrition trends, headcount strategy, retention analysis, engagement insights, and talent health metrics
- • Lead analytics for the semi-annual employee engagement survey, including reporting, insight generation, and actionable recommendation development
- • Partner with Finance on headcount planning, scenario modeling, and compensation budget alignment
- • Deliver quarterly compensation reports to benchmarking partners such as Radford
- • Identify opportunities to reduce manual modeling through improved spreadsheet architecture, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- • Elevate Front’s compensation philosophy and analytics maturity by designing systems from the ground up in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, Recruiting, and leadership to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment
- • Use advanced Excel or Google Sheets to perform complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and data cleaning across fragmented systems
- • Translate complex workforce datasets into clear, actionable strategic insights for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- • Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes by integrating automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
- • Maintain compliance with market benchmarks and internal equity standards while supporting rapid organizational growth
- • Support the evolution of Front’s total rewards strategy through data-driven recommendations and forward-looking modeling
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, People Analytics, or a blended strategic People function, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- • Direct experience owning or heavily supporting at least one full compensation cycle, including increases and promotions
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and data cleaning
- • Demonstrated experience building and delivering executive-level analytics and board-level materials
- • Experience designing People Analytics frameworks beyond standard reporting (attrition, performance trends, hiring velocity, engagement insights, etc.)
- • Experience working across multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, Finance) and building structure in fragmented data environments
