- • As a Senior Compensation Manager at Optro Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global compensation philosophy and ensuring rewards programs reflect its high-performance culture, directly supporting the attraction, engagement, development, and retention of top talent in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
- • Day to day, you will lead the design and execution of global compensation strategies, including salary structures, pay bands, bonus and equity plans, conduct market benchmarking, oversee compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity), partner with People, Finance, and leadership on compensation alignment, act as a subject matter expert for complex requests, drive pay equity analytics and reporting, ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, and develop training for managers on compensation policies.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global compensation strategy, gain experience scaling rewards programs in a high-growth SaaS environment, influence executive decision-making on compensation, build analytics capabilities for pay equity and workforce trends, and contribute to Optro’s mission of creating a beloved, innovative platform through data-driven, equitable rewards practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in Total Rewards/Compensation
- • Experience working within a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
- • Proven experience scaling a global company to 1,000+ employees
- • Ability to challenge senior leaders on compensation decisions that don’t align with high-performance philosophies
- • Workday Compensation experience preferred
- • Comfortable using data to predict future headcount costs and reward risks
