- • As a Senior Consultant, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional delivery team, responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and enhancement of cutting-edge Genesys Cloud CX solutions. - • You will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. This includes conducting in-depth client workshops, analyzing existing systems and processes, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem.
- • A key responsibility will be to architect and design innovative solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Genesys Cloud CX platform. This involves staying abreast of the latest platform features, industry best practices, and emerging trends in customer engagement technology to ensure our clients benefit from state-of-the-art solutions.
- • You will be expected to configure various aspects of the Genesys Cloud CX platform, including but not limited to, IVR flows, routing strategies, agent desktop configurations, reporting dashboards, and integrations with other business systems. This hands-on configuration work is crucial for tailoring the platform to meet specific client needs.
- • Collaborate closely with TTEC Digital's technical architects, solution designers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment will be paramount to project success.
- • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their development and contribute to the overall capability of the Genesys Partner Practice.
- • Take ownership of technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles encountered during project execution. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring project timelines and client satisfaction.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TTEC Digital's methodologies, tools, and best practices related to Genesys Cloud CX implementations. This includes documenting solutions, sharing lessons learned, and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- • Engage with clients to provide training and support, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize and manage their Genesys Cloud CX environment post-implementation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing and configuring Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including a strong understanding of its core components such as routing, IVR, agent desktop, and reporting.
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical design specifications.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a client-facing environment.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
