• • As a Senior Consultant specializing in Saviynt at Cyderes, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to a diverse range of enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute end-to-end implementations of the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platform, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across various industries.
• • This role demands a deep understanding of IGA principles and best practices, with a specific focus on key areas such as access governance, the seamless onboarding of applications into the IGA framework, robust identity lifecycle management, and the automation of compliance-related processes. You will be instrumental in transforming how organizations manage digital identities and access privileges.
• • You will engage directly with client stakeholders, including IT leadership, security teams, business unit representatives, and compliance officers, to thoroughly understand their unique challenges, business objectives, and regulatory mandates. This collaborative approach is crucial for designing and architecting identity solutions that are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with the client's overall business goals.
• • A significant part of your role will involve translating complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation plans for the Saviynt platform. This includes defining access policies, roles, entitlements, and workflows that ensure least privilege and meet compliance standards like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and others relevant to the client's industry.
• • You will be responsible for the technical configuration and customization of the Saviynt EIC platform. This includes setting up connectors for various target applications (cloud and on-premises), configuring access request workflows, implementing segregation of duties (SoD) policies, and developing custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into access risks and compliance status.
• • Leading application onboarding is a critical function. You will guide clients through the process of integrating their critical business applications with Saviynt, ensuring that user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management are effectively automated and governed.
• • You will also play a key role in designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes. This involves automating the joiner, mover, and leaver processes, ensuring that user access is provisioned, modified, and revoked in a timely and accurate manner, thereby reducing security risks and operational overhead.
• • Driving compliance automation is another core aspect of this position. You will leverage Saviynt's capabilities to automate access certifications, conduct periodic access reviews, manage policy exceptions, and generate audit-ready reports, significantly enhancing the client's compliance posture.
• • As a Senior Consultant, you are expected to mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the IGA practice.
• • You will contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for Saviynt implementations, helping to scale Cyderes's IGA service offerings.
• • This role requires strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during implementation and post-go-live support.
• • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the IGA space, particularly concerning Saviynt's product roadmap and new feature releases, to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• • The ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively is paramount, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget.
• • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, security architects, and client IT personnel, to ensure seamless integration of the IGA solution within the broader IT ecosystem.
