- • Serve as a Senior Technical Consultant within Veeva Systems’ Professional Services team, delivering project-based and post-go-live application consulting for Veeva Commercial and R&D Cloud products to life sciences customers.
- • Collaborate with regional and global service teams to design, configure, and implement technical solutions, including system integrations, that enable successful customer deployments of Veeva’s industry cloud platforms.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on Veeva’s cloud-based solutions for life sciences clients, providing deep technical guidance on product functionality, architecture, and best practices.
- • Lead technical aspects of implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and Veeva’s platform capabilities.
- • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-launch phases, minimizing disruption and maximizing system performance and stability.
- • Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and recommend optimal configurations within Veeva’s cloud ecosystem.
- • Participate in client workshops, technical reviews, and solution demonstrations to communicate technical approaches and gain stakeholder alignment.
- • Document technical designs, integration workflows, configuration settings, and implementation methodologies for internal knowledge sharing and client handover.
- • Stay current with updates to Veeva’s Commercial and R&D Cloud products, ensuring delivery of solutions using the latest platform features and enhancements.
- • Support the onboarding and mentoring of junior consultants by sharing technical expertise and consulting best practices.
- • Maintain strong communication with project managers, account teams, and product engineering to ensure seamless delivery and feedback loops between clients and Veeva’s product development teams.

- • Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes.
- • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to support the growth and scalability of Veeva’s technical consulting practice across Asia-Pacific and global markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in SaaS implementation, preferably within life sciences or regulated industries
- • Strong technical proficiency in cloud-based systems, APIs, data integration, and enterprise software architectures
- • Demonstrated ability to lead technical implementations from requirements gathering through deployment
- • Experience working with Veeva Cloud products (Commercial or R&D) or comparable life sciences SaaS platforms
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- • Willingness to travel domestically within China for client engagements as required
