  • • As a Senior Consulting Engineer specializing in ServiceNow at CDW, you will be at the forefront of designing, integrating, and delivering sophisticated ServiceNow solutions to a diverse clientele. This pivotal role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing skills, positioning you as a trusted technical advisor.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve conducting advanced and complex engineering-related studies focused on ServiceNow. This includes researching current and emerging technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem, rigorously evaluating alternative solutions, and formulating comprehensive recommendations supported by detailed reports for management.
  • • You will regularly interface with both technical and business stakeholders of our clients, including project sponsors and key decision-makers, particularly in more complex and challenging engagements. This requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and ensure alignment.
  • • A significant aspect of this role is providing mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to a team of engineers and associate engineers. You will leverage your extensive experience to help them apply their engineering knowledge effectively in project design, analysis, and coordination of services and products.
  • • Collaboration with Professional Services Managers, Associate Technical Account Executives (ATAEs), Project Managers, and clients is crucial. You will be instrumental in managing expectations and timelines, ensuring that all commitments are met with precision and professionalism.
  • • You will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable technical advisor who consistently delivers value and builds trust.
  • • Serving as a collaborative support resource across internal CDW teams and external clients is essential. You will utilize your experience and sound judgment to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to all parties involved, fostering a cohesive problem-solving environment.
  • • You will act as the technical point of contact on customer engagements, taking ownership of complex or ambiguous problems. Your role will involve coordinating resolutions in a structured and rational manner, ensuring that challenges are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • • This position also involves active participation in a variety of sales activities, where your technical expertise will be leveraged to articulate the value proposition of CDW's ServiceNow solutions to potential clients.
