- • Senior Consulting Project Manager role focused on delivering transformation projects for strategic Autodesk customers as part of the Customer Success Consulting team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer expectations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple medium to large consulting projects or programs simultaneously, leading internal and external teams, maintaining communication across account and project teams, translating project scope into clear goals, developing and maintaining project plans using standard PM and PSA software, complying with internal reporting standards, performing risk analysis and mitigation, supporting sales with proposals and scopes of work, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- • The role is part of Autodesk’s Customer Success Consulting team, which focuses on world-class delivery of consulting services; the position is remote-based in Costa Rica but reports to a PM Manager in the United States, collaborating with a global team of technical experts, sales, and subject matter experts.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced project management expertise in complex consulting environments, strengthen leadership and coaching abilities, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams, and enhance skills in risk management, client relationship building, and delivery estimation for strategic Autodesk solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-10 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- • PMP / PMI certification or equivalent qualification
- • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve project objectives within cost and schedule constraints
- • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams including technical experts, sales, and subject matter experts
- • Ability to review and write scopes of work, project documentation, and develop and present presentations
