- • Lead customer implementations of Prophet 21 software while coaching and mentoring Consulting Services Consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist Project Managers in defining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for key project areas
- • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations to drive successful engagement outcomes
- • Accurately estimate project tasks and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget constraints
- • Conduct core team training for customers and perform knowledge sharing sessions with internal peers to enhance team capability
- • Support project execution by meeting utilization targets and delivering scheduled deliverables without compromise to quality
- • Contribute to project planning and control by identifying resource needs, monitoring task performance, and adjusting workflows as needed
- • Work independently with clients to manage implementation scope, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- • Apply deep industry knowledge in distribution and distribution accounting to tailor solutions and provide expert guidance during implementations
- • Demonstrate expertise in all core modules of Prophet 21 and apply demonstrated knowledge across multiple industry verticals to solve client-specific challenges
- • Maintain strong communication through virtual presentations, written documentation, and verbal collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- • Prioritize work effectively, manage multiple project demands, and monitor task performance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
- • Travel up to 60% to support on-site client engagements and implementation activities as required
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in distribution or distribution accounting
- • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
- • Expertise in all core modules of Prophet 21 and demonstrated knowledge across industry verticals required
- • Willingness to travel up to 60%
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
