- • Lead and manage consulting engagements by driving implementation deliverables and ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision
- • Coach and mentor Consulting Services Consultants through customer core team training and peer knowledge sharing to maintain consistent service standards
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Project Managers in defining project direction, timelines, schedules, and activity plans
- • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across Epicor and client organizations to foster a collaborative and productive environment
- • Accurately estimate project tasks and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget constraints
- • Maintain and expand technical expertise by obtaining certifications for new or enhanced Epicor products and pursuing certifications outside core competency areas
- • Lead and support training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure customer readiness for system implementations
- • Work independently with clients, taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring successful project outcomes
- • Travel up to 60% to support on-site client engagements and implementation activities
- • Demonstrate strong project management skills by planning work, prioritizing resources, and monitoring task performance to meet utilization targets
- • Apply deep industry knowledge in distribution and/or accounting to deliver tailored solutions that meet client business needs
- • Communicate effectively through strong verbal, written, and virtual presentation skills to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
- • Embody a customer-centric, results-driven, and self-motivated approach to consulting and client service
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development through mentorship and ongoing education
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in distribution and/or accounting
- • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred; accounting experience a plus
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- • Willingness to travel up to 60%
